Welcome to another great issue of the Integral Leadership Review. What makes this issue so useful are the abundant quality contributions from so many springing from a broad spectrum of issues and opportunities surrounding the notion of Integral Leadership. I am quite sure you will agree once you experience the rich array of coaching tips, feature articles, columns, relevant issues from leadership emerging and notes from the field concerning Integral Leadership. In addition, don’t miss this issue of Particles. The summaries of integral information, knowledge and wisdom presented in Particles provides the busy professional with a complete overview of emerging thoughts and practices concerning current and emerging thinking about Integral Leadership.

We are fortunate to have eight feature articles in this issue that are representative of the growing scope of Integral Leadership. Issues that are discussed and advanced in these articles revolve around developing communications, creativity, spirituality, experiential learning, extending a leadership as a transformational practice, leadership biographies and so much more. I am sure there is something here for everyone.

Once again you will find a collection of powerful and inspiring columns from Lisa Norton addressing Integral Design Leadership — STEM to STEAM: Negative Capability in Service to Empowered Creative Participation; Alfonso Montuori continues his discussions on the power and purpose of Transdisciplinarity — Transdisciplinary Reflections: It’s the End of the World as We Know It; Don Beck once again treats us to a wonderful discussion on Spiral Dynamics — The Master Code and Integral Politics in Polarized America; and finally is my own column focusing on teaching to potential.

Beyond this you will find some helpful coaching tips as well as some very engaging interviews presented by Russ Volckmann and Walker Karraa. If you are looking for a good book to read you will find no less than nine reviews in this issue. You will also find a bevy of notes from the field that will aid in you keeping up to date with all the happening in the world of Integral Leadership.

We end this issue with thoughts about beginnings. Generativity will be something you will be hearing more about as we begin to address issues of building our collective capacities to while seeking sustainability. Generativity is a call for engaging the notion of inspiration, innovation and implementation through integral leadership.

Enjoy and share with your friends and colleagues. Invite them to join our community of learning and practice.
