With much pleasure I present the first release of the April/June 2015 Issue of the ILR! We have some exciting new changes to share and of course, great content! This issue emerged with a theme of “bridging”, reflective of the intent of the journal and the nature of transdisciplinary and integral approaches.
I have the honor of introducing Nancy Southern as Associate Editor for Organizational Learning. Nancy brings with her a distinguished career that has spanned corporate consulting and academic administration, to say the least, and we welcome her depth and integrity to the ILR.
Starting with this issue is our new Peer Review section, to be headed by Mark McCaslin! Some readers may be surprised to hear that the journal is not peer reviewed, as the “informal peer review” process passing through Russ Volkmann and the ILR team created a journal of academic quality and general prestige. We are now adding a section for double blind reviews for those wishing full academic peer review.
I look forward to bridging leadership and the integral world as the new Managing Editor of the ILR. It is a privilege to be working with Russ, and I look forward to working with the Associate Editors, Bureau Chiefs, and all future integral contributors.
Integrally Yours,
Eric Reynolds
