A Eudaimonium* in The Périgord, France

Reflecting at the intersection of the timeless and the timely

A retreat for CEOs, entrepreneurs & senior leaders

4pm 25thApril 2009 – 1.30 pm 30th April 2009

The Périgord,Limousin,France (45-minute drive fromLimoges)

*Eudaimonia means ‘human flourishin’, known to Buddhists, the ancient Greeks and St. Augustine alike –
so a ‘eudaimonium’ is a special kind of event cum workshop where aspects of intelligence can
emerge through a unique blend of science & the arts.

Perigord

– space – peace – conversation – nature –

–  no lectures – no lecterns – no bullet points – no power points –

Join a small group of up to a dozen senior leaders, CEOs and entrepreneurs for a five day experiential retreat in the South West of France. Generative experiences and dialogue among peers will make this a unique event. This retreat is informed by and designed for business and social entrepreneurs, senior leaders and CEOs who see today as the opportunity to act well beyond the crises of decisions. Now is the time to learn from the longer views and to decisively exit what is otherwise another vicious cycle. It will be of relevance and value to those leaders who have read and understood “the writing on the wall” and especially leaders who are looking for an opportunity to open up and explore the profitable connections between timeless wisdom and new and profound ways that generate ideas and strategies for action through sharing information and unlocking personal creativity, innovation, breakthrough thinking and organizational intelligence.

This event is also being offered in the English Lake District,Tuscanyand at Oxford Universityin the form of a unique residential Eudaimonium through the next year.
